Maintain a healthy weight: Being underweight or overweight can reduce the chances of your pregnancy. Women having less weight are at high risk of miscarriages, preterm birth or ovarian dysfunction. 

Reduce stress: As your stress levels increase, the chances of your pregnancy decrease. Your body goes through hormonal changes when you feel stressed. Working for long hours or going through emotional or mental stress can be one of the primary reasons for infertility. Therefore, if you are going through depression or have anxiety issues then its time you see a doctor or meditate. 

Have lots of sex: To get pregnant faster, it is important you have sex at least 3-4 times a week, especially around the ovulation period as it increases the chances of pregnancy. This is especially important before or after your ovulation period.

Cut down on caffeine: High caffeine levels can interfere with your conception. Avoid tea, coffee and aerated drinks. 

Reduce alcohol intake: Alcohol can have a negative impact not only on your body but also on men’s semen. Greater alcohol intake may lead to lower semen volume.
